1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HiveForce website (hiveforce.io) and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

HiveForce is an enterprise AI workforce platform that provides governed AI agent coordination, workflow automation, and trust-based governance capabilities. The platform includes AI agents organized through a Hive Ranks system, Trust Bridge governance, and OperOXFlow workflow engine. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any form of harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Use AI agents to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or misleading
  • Circumvent or disable the Trust Bridge governance controls or approval workflows
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by HiveForce and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform.

6. AI Agent Outputs & Responsibility

AI agents within HiveForce operate under governance controls configured by your organization. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may require human review and validation before use in production systems
  • Your organization is responsible for configuring appropriate governance levels and approval workflows
  • HiveForce is not liable for decisions made based on AI agent outputs that were not reviewed through the governance framework
  • You are responsible for ensuring AI agent usage complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HiveForce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.
